TL;DR — dblumi is AGPL-3.0 open source. You self-host it, you own your data. Use it freely, modify it freely. We provide enterprise support separately if you need it.
1

Acceptance

By using dblumi, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the software — no hard feelings.

2

License

dblumi is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of that license. All features are included — no "enterprise-only" gating.

3

Self-hosting

When you self-host dblumi, you are responsible for your own infrastructure, data security, backups, and compliance with applicable laws. Eodia provides the software as-is and has no access to your deployment.

4

AI copilot

The AI copilot connects to third-party providers using your own API keys. Eodia does not proxy, store, or access the prompts or responses exchanged between your instance and the AI provider. Usage is subject to their respective terms.

5

Enterprise support

Enterprise support agreements (managed hosting, SLA, priority fixes) are governed by a separate contract. Contact contact@eodia.fr for details.

6

Disclaimer of warranties

dblumi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.

7

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of dblumi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
